Can gender be planned?
Sex planning is a socially taboo subject and moral views on it differ. No wonder there is so little information in the public media on the subject of desired gender.
You are not alone with your desire to have a baby of your desired gender.
The specific desire for a daughter or son unites many thousands of women. We also got to know each other through this shared longing and have absorbed and evaluated all the information on gender planning over the years.
We can therefore assure you with a clear conscience: The probability of having a child of the desired sex can be significantly increased – this requires an individual and targeted strategy and a good dose of discipline.
Frequently asked questions about gender planning
What is gender planning based on?
Sex planning is divided into two phases:
The preparation phase involves analyzing the female cycle and creating the best conditions for conceiving the desired sex.
The planning phase then deals with issues such as determining the time of ovulation, positively influencing the vaginal environment and determining the timing and frequency of sexual intercourse.
How much time do you need to plan your desired gender?
You should allow around 6 months to get to know your cycle and give your body enough time to adjust to the situation. This is why our offer of personal support is designed for a period of 6 months.
What are the chances of finding the desired gender?
Statistically, however, the chance of having a boy is slightly higher at around 51.34% – this is also in line with our results, as planning a boy is much easier than planning a girl.
Targeted gender planning can significantly improve the probability – up to 80-90% under optimal conditions.
In order to achieve the best possible chance of the desired sex, individual preparation is necessary – but the couple’s discipline is crucial. For this reason, we cannot make an explicit general statement on probability.
Success therefore depends largely on you and your partner.
Is there a desired gender guarantee?
There is no natural guarantee of a desired gender. The chances can be improved considerably and one factor is certainly your personal attitude.
So if you would like to plan the gender of your child with us, you should bear in mind that there is no absolute certainty and your child may not be the gender you want.
Every child deserves the unconditional love of its mother – regardless of gender.

In the first step, we will get to know each other in person, via Zoom or Facetime, discuss all the information about the content of gender planning and work out the process of your baby planning together.
2. receive your starter box
In the second step, you will receive your personal starter box from us, with everything you need for perfect preparation over the next few months.
This includes all the necessary supplements, test strips and instructions.
3. individual advice
During the preparation phase, we meet regularly to analyze your cycle and optimize your nutrition plan.
In most cases, this phase lasts three months.
4. accompanied baby planning
The planning phase is the hot phase of gender planning. This phase involves planning conception at the optimum time with the ideal conditions for your dream child.

Although it is impossible to guarantee the sex of a baby, there are many approaches and considerations that couples should take into account when trying to conceive a boy. It is important to know that there are no guarantees in this process.
However, there are a few steps couples can take to increase their chances of having a boy. We will help you to set the course for the success of your desire for a boy.
L - like luteinizing hormone
In women, LH is important for the development of follicles, ovulation and the production of progesterone. In men, LH is responsible for stimulating the testicles to produce testosterone and other reproductive hormones. In general, LH works together with follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and other hormones to promote and maintain reproductive health.
M - for Mayan calendar
With the Mayan calendar, it is also very easy to predict the sex of the baby. The age of the mother at the time of conception and the month of conception are of great importance. If both numbers are even or both odd, your baby is believed to be a girl, and if one of the numbers is even and the other odd, your baby is believed to be a boy.
First, the number of months in which the mother became pregnant is required (1: January 2: February)
Mother’s age at conception (25: odd number 26: even number)
According to the Mayans, if both numbers are even or odd, the mother will have a daughter.
However, if one of these two numbers is odd and the other is even, a son is born to the mother.
The accuracy is also comparable to that of the Chinese conception calendar.
M - like girl's wish
Having a daughter is a special experience that many couples look forward to, and the process of pregnancy can be very different depending on the sex of the baby. Whether you’re first-time parents or already have children, it’s important that you understand the process of getting pregnant with a girl.
M - like moon calendar
During his many years of research, the Czech psychiatrist and gynaecologist Dr. Eugen Jonas also made this great discovery: the position of the moon not only influences a woman’s fertility, but also makes it possible to predict the sex of the future child.
In the 70s, Dr. Jonas worked with approx. 8000 calculations for women who wanted a baby of a certain sex. Despite the possibility that not all women kept exactly to the calculated date of conception, 95% of all test subjects had children of the “ordered” sex.
O - like ovulation test
An ovulation test can help determine fertility by detecting hormones that indicate when a woman is most likely to conceive. The test helps to determine the most fertile days in a woman’s cycle, which can increase a couple’s chances of getting pregnant.
Ovulation tests are used to detect an increase in the luteinizing hormone (LH for short), which is responsible for triggering ovulation. During ovulation, the LH surge stimulates the release of a mature egg from the ovary. This episode usually occurs 12-36 hours before ovulation. By detecting the LH surge, ovulation tests can therefore determine when a woman is at her most fertile, making OVUs a key tool in sex planning.
P - like PH value
Maintaining a healthy pH balance in the vagina is important for health and general well-being. If the pH value of the vagina is too alkaline or acidic, this can lead to infections and other complications.
On the other hand, the PH value can also be used to optimize the probability of having a girl or a boy.
S - like Shettle's method
The Shettles method, according to Dr. Shettles, is based on the assumption that the sex of the baby can be influenced by the timing of sexual intercourse.
The method is based on the assumption that male sperm are faster but less resistant, while female sperm are slower but more resistant.
The Shettles method recommends different times for sexual intercourse in the menstrual cycle to increase the probability of a particular sex. The Shettles method is not scientifically recognized and its effectiveness has not yet been confirmed by reliable studies.

A woman’s cycle is as individual as she is, and understanding the changes that take place during this monthly event can help women better manage their health and well-being.

The abbreviation for the cycle day is ZT.
